Are you a seasoned Wellness Director (LPN or RN) looking for a change and career growth? This position is responsible for team leadership, staff development, and resident satisfaction along with clinical oversite of a 48-bed assisted living/memory care with independent living under construction. Our management team struture and job duties are FAR DIFFERENT from what you may experience in assisted living resulting in less manager burn-out. This is a hybrid Wellness Director / Executive Director position where others handle scheduling/billing/accounts payable/HR/budgets and marketing. MOD Rotation 1 Week/Weekend Per month.
